Schematic Design

Feasibility and schematic design are completed, preparing projects for contractor bidding in the design-bid-build process.

Pre Construction

Contractor and project team prepare the site, conduct soil tests, and assess potential challenges before construction begins.

Project Procurement

The team procures equipment, materials, and labor needed for construction; smaller projects may source locally as required.

Construction & Building

The team sets ground rules, prepares the site, establishes safety, and starts construction with subcontractors and vendors.

Final Commissioning

Project team tests systems, then trains owner’s personnel before handing over the completed building.

Handover to Customers

Owner moves in; warranty ensures quality standards, and the team completes remaining contractual obligations for project closure.
